She was predeceased by: her mother Janet Jesmer; her brother Donald Jesmer; and her son Joseph Edward Yafchak. She is survived by: her husband Mark Yafchak; her daughter Jessica Yafchak (Mark); her father Donald Jesmer; her sisters, Melissa Cummings (Michael) of North Syracuse and Sharon Braman (David) of New Port Richey, Florida; her nieces and nephews, Meghanne, Mackenzie Cummings, Amelia Braman, Kayla Echeandia, Mike Cummings, Jr., Matthew Cummings and Alex Braman; her parents-in-law, Francis and Carol Yafchak of Liverpool; her sister Laurie; and her brother-in-law Mike Maugeri of Clay.
