He is survived by: his parents, Dulcey Muraski of Mattydale and John Muraski of West Monroe; his sons, Ezra Skelly and Elliott Heffernan; his siblings, Ashley Heffernan (Toby Zukowski) of North Syracuse and Brandon Tyler of North Carolina; his partner's daughter Chloe; his uncles, Scott Heffernan Sr. of Mattydale, Robert Muraski of Syracuse and Rodger Heffernan of Syracuse; his aunt Amie Muraski of West Virginia; his niece Asmodeus; and his nephew Freyja Heffernan.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Josh's memory may be made to Dulcey Muraski, c/o Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, NY 13211, to establish a trust fund to benefit his children.
