With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine L. (Spensieri) Cupelo of North Syracuse, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on June 17, 2021 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Spensieri and Concetta Spensieri (Monteleone); and her husband John A. Cupelo. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Bombard (Joseph) of Jamesville and Patricia Brandt (Steven) of Kirkville; her grandchildren, Jennifer McGovern (Ben), Christopher Bombard (Kathryn), Joanna MacLachlan (Kevin), Matthew Brandt (Bailey), Natalie Coots (Alex) and Hannah Custar (Graham); her sister Mary Cupelo; and her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Monticello and Carol Cupelo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
