She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ford and Veda Ford (Younglove); her husband Thomas Fredericks; and her brothers, Carlton Ford, C. Donald Ford and G. William Ford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Lee Luckette (Dominick) of Baldwinsville and Donna Jean Shull; her grandchildren, Michelle Godin, Brian Schalk, Danielle Trainer (Alex), Noelle Schalk and Heather Godin; her great grandchildren, David Godin, Renee Dwyer, Gabriel Mercado, Jadyn Godin, Hannah King, Adelyn Trainer and Mason King; her great great grandchild Isaiah Hoyer; and her siblings, Joanne Woodard, Glenn W. Ford, Roland D. Ford (Linda), D. Bruce Ford and Jessie Janette Ford.
