He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tully and Marjorie Tully (Maine). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Tully (Barfoot); his children, James Tully (Kristine) of Fairfield, CT and Kimberly Tully of Bryn Mawr, PA; and his grandchildren, Teagan, Peyton and Ryan Tully.
