He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Finley and Irene Finley (Durham); and his former wife Katharine Finley. He is survived by: his wife Madeline (LaCombe); his children, Beverly Izzo (Michael) of North Syracuse and David Finley (Susan) of Cicero; his siblings, Maynard Finley of Ogdensburg and Viola Gilson of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Brian, Jeffrey, David and Krista; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Rowan, Jacey, Jacob and Brielle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
