It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Kelley of North Syracuse, New York, born in Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Anna; and his brothers, Jack and Frank. He is survived by: his wife Helen Masztaler; his children, Patty Kelley of Mt. Desert Island, ME, Jim Kelley (Leesa) of Liverpool and Sean Kelley (Laura) of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Oriahnna Kelley-Taylor, Jeremy and Kyle NunnoNorod; his sister Ruth Gossen of Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Oksana Masztaler Dudiak of Syracuse, Gerry Kelley of Massachusetts and Jerry Masztaler (Mary). He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to George's favorite animal rescue charity, "Duffy's Friends" at duffysfriends.org, or to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church.
