We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2020, Elsie R. Miles (North Syracuse, New York), born in Mexico, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Byington and Bertha Byington (Curtis); her husband Velton; and her children, Carolyn (Ken), Shirley (John), Pamela (John) and Gerald (Diane). She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Food Bank of Central NY.
