He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Platt and Marion Platt; and his wife Maryann. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Platt of Polk City, FL, Lynn Morris (Carl) of Oswego, NY and David Platt (Liz) of Summit, NJ. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren, as well as many friends.
