Domenico Petrera Obituary

We bid farewell to Domenico Petrera of North Syracuse, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 2, 2025 at the age of 58. Domenico touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vittorio Petrera and Giovanna Petrera; his brother Nicola Petrera; and his brother-in-law Gino Bortoloni. He is survived by: his siblings, Maria Bortoloni, Serafina Pascarella (Vincent), Vito Petrera (Marita) and Dino Petrera (Angela); his sister-in-law Donna Petrera; his great-nephews, Zia Anna Romagno and Zia Maria; and also, Nick, Victor and Sera. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (301 Ash St, Syracuse, NY 13208). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Peter Church (301 Ash St, Syracuse, NY 13208).
