She is survived by: her children, Charlene, Robert, Charles, Bethany and Rhoda; her siblings, Barbara, Ann and Joseph; her father Joseph Howe; her grandchildren, Michael, Miranda, Edwin, Charles III, Robert Jr., Alexis and Victor Jr.; and her great grandchild Austin.
