It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Martin Blake (North Syracuse, New York), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on February 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheri; his children, Allison Hage (Sami), Carlie Beverly and William Kenneth; his siblings, Billy, Gloria, Stirton and John Andrew (Breda); and his parents, Colonel William Alvah and Beatrice Rodriguez. He was also cherished by many extended family and cherished friends.
