She was predeceased by: her father Charles Penny; her husband Harry Davis; and her sister Virginia Sposato. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Frasier (Robert) of Rockwell, NC, Robin Fraser (Kenneth) of Kirkville and Roy Cannon Jr. of Tampa, FL; and her friends, Susan Waris and Ann Ayers. She is also survived by niece, a nephew, several cousins.
