It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Frances Dicecio Pontante (North Syracuse, New York), who passed away on April 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Alice Searles (late Lyle) and Margaret Ruggio (late William). She is survived by: her granddaughters, Cathy Pontante (Brenda Wrigley) of Saugus, MA and Mary Ann Brown (Stephen) of Cicero, NY; her children, Ryan, Carina Lawless, Teresa McSweeney of Myrtle Beach, SC, Devin and Shana McSweeney; and her sisters, Mary Olin (late George) of Oswego and Ann Cahill (William) of Oswego. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
