She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cook and Eve Mary Prunner; and her sisters, Bonnie and Debbie. She is survived by: her husband David Perez; her children, Tabatha (Waylon), Kayla (Mills), Josh, David, Jeremy and Corey; her siblings, Terry (Lisa), Carol (Jeff), Joanne, Ed, Robert, Johnny and Mike; and her friends, Linda, Connie and Penny (Greg). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sears Middleton Mathewson Funeral Home (209 N Main St, North Syracuse, NY 13212).
