She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Barch and Mary Barch (Dudek); her husband John; and her siblings, Stella, Walter, Edward and Chester "Mac" Barch.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald J. Lukas (Julie Southard) of Phoenix, AZ and David J. Lukasiewicz (Barbara Bowden) of Charlotte, NC; her grandsons, Keith, Kevin Lukasiewicz and Eric Lukas; and her great grandchildren, Lily Lukasiewicz and Benjamin John. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
