He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rilley and Florence Rilley (Welsh); and his brother Jack Rilley. He is survived by: his sons, William Rilley (Meredith) of New Fairfield, CT, Michael Rilley (Stacey) of New Milford, CT and James Rilley (Meghan) of Newburgh, NY; his brother Gary Rilley of Yonkers, NY; his grandchildren, Cassidy, Mckenna Rilley, Liam and Neve Rilley (Maureen Markelon) of Oxford, CT; and his siblings-in-law, William J. Rice, Jr. and Patricia Rice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and Grant cousins.
