Norma Idell Woods Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Idell Woods of North Rose, New York, born in Sodus, New York, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond VanLare and Margaret VanLare; her husband Ted Woods; her son Michael Woods; her brothers, Paul VanLare and David VanLare; her children, Ann Woods (Howard Ostlund) and Matthew Woods (Margaret Asselin-Woods); her granddaughter Mackenna Woods; and her sister-in-law Barbara Twentyfive. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be sent to the Ted Woods Scholarship Fund at North Rose-Wolcott High School.
