She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond and Agnes Glover Owens; and her husband Wilbur Niepling. She is survived by: her children, Julie A. Jackson of Clarkston, GA and Mark Jackson of Wolcott; her granddaughter Lindsey Jackson-Noriega (Anthony) of Irondequoit; and her great grandchildren, Sebastian and Calvin.
