She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gulick and Beryle Brown Gulick; her son David Johnson; her brother Frank Gulick; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Poorman, Wilber Bushey and Deanna Gulick.
She is survived by: her husband Vern Pratt; her children, Michelle Hull, Vivianna Hampton (Chris) of Penfield, Pamela Gray, Patty Smith (Darren) of Watertown, Carrie Canne (Peter), Jayson Pratt (Jenny) and Jonathan Pratt (Jen); and her sisters, Arelene Poorman and Laurie Bushy. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
