He is survived by: his sons, Eric Bastian (Jillean) of Columbus and Kevin Bastian (Alicia) of Phelps; his grandchildren, Emilia, Nicoletta, Parker, Lainey and Reese; his sisters, Anne Putnam (Tom), Susan Bastian and Mary Lapp (Jim); and his brother-in-law Jim.
