It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Evan Smith of North Rose, New York, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edwin R, Marilyn Smith (Hicks), Charles and Barbara Scruton. He is survived by: his parents, Cathy M. Smith of North Rose, NY and Steven J. Scruton (Anne) of Pennellville, NY; his siblings, Chanda Nodine (Tony), Chesapeake, Gregory Tulik, Brigette Grinnell North Rose (Kyle), Todd Scruton and Beth Scruton; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Nichols (Megan), Ashley Gerth, Andy Nichols (Chelsea), Emelie Grasso (Zane), Wyatt, Tiegan, Tyri, Matteo, Connor, Bailey, Aiden and Jameson A.
