She is survived by: her sons, Edward M. Smith (Yvonne), Dean Smith and Alan Smith (Janine); and her grandchildren, Kara Rockwell (Chris), Michael Smith, Jessica Patchen (Nick), Meghan Smith, Ashley Smith and Adam Smith (Haley). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
