He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Bullaro and Angela Bullaro; and his sister Madeline Kenny. He is survived by: his wife Anne Bullaro; his children, James Bullaro (Ingrid) of Middlesex, NJ, Christina Massaro (Steven) of Merrick, NY, Janine Lizza (Frank) of Oyster Bay, NY and Lisa Sweet (Erick) of Platte City, MO; and his grandchildren, Frankie, Olivia, Charles, Daphne, Annabelle, Charlotte, Bennett and Bradley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
