He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carmela Marotto; his children, Charles (Joyce), Anne (Don), John (Joanne), Alex and Richard (Erika); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Stephanie), Teresa (Jimmy), Nicole (Paul), Austin (Jamie), Kayla, Rachel and Haley; and his great grandchildren, Stella, Skylar, Kallie and Logan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
