He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Stanka and Bernice Stanka (White); his brothers, Douglas and David Stanka; and his nephews, Brian Stanka, Jr. and Michael Villnave.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cordelia and Wesley; his wife Pamela; his daughters, Michelle Orvis (Jared) of Milton and Sherry Martin (Steven) of Massena; and his siblings, Valerie Villnave (John) of Winthrop, Lanny Stanka (Ellen) of Massena, Tim Stanka of Rochester, Jamie Stanka of Sandy Creek and Brian Stanka (Linda) of Norfolk. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
