She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles L. Forbes and Georgianna Forbes (Brown); her husband Kenneth L. Rotach, Sr. (Jean Greenfield); her granddaughter Karen Lee Bruette; and her brothers, Lawrence Forbes Jr. and Truman Fordes.
She is survived by : her children, Teresa Rotach of North Lawrence, Kathy Currie (Bonnie Graves), Tina Bruette (Jim Ravinski), Kenneth (Brandi Rotach, Jr.), Audra (Jim Conway), Betsy (Brad Blanchard) and Diana (David Crump); her grandchildren, David Currie, Jr., Courtney Currie, Jasen Bruette, Sarah Ashley, Cody Rotach, Brittany Duke, Matthew Rotach, Hunter Newfang, Kyle Newfang, Kyle Taylor, Joshua Sebring, Jakob Sebring, Ashly Blanchard, Ian Blanchard, Logan Crump and Kristen Crump; her great grandchildren, Jayden Ashley, Damien Ashley, Brayden Ashley, Jameson Ashley, Aislin Rotach, Ashlyn Rotach, Nova Rotach, Kinzley Duke, Kingston Duke and Brynleigh-Mae Crump; and her siblings, Betty Stewart of Middleville, Diana Schaffer, Russell Weakley of Cold Brook, Sandy and Charles Ludwig of Frankfort. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
