She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Donald Premo and Thelma Premo (Toby); her husband Harry A. Dow; her sons, Anthony (Kim Dow), Tracy (Tanya Dow), Michael (Fabiola Dow) and Robert (Elizabeth Dow); her siblings, Tommy Premo of Massena, Peter Premo, Toby (Tracy Premo), Tammy (Bob Ramsdell) and Viola (Doug Deon); her grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Sarah, Charlie, Mary-Cate, Lillian, Michael Jr. and Alexis; and her siblings, Bonnie Hazen, Victor and Donald Premo. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
