He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Chase and Eva Chase (Dame); his wife Nancy J. Garvey; and his brothers, Edmond, Wayne and Theodore "Duke".
He is survived by: his children, Dean (Annie Chase), Mark (Terri Chase), Dawn (Roy Lawerence) and Eva (Malcolm Fye); his grandchildren, Caleb Chase (Erin), Colin Chase, Christian Chase, Nicki Massengill, Josh Ginsburg, Ashley Mackaravitz (Cager), Jessica Wheeler (Jake), Rylee Lawrence, Delanie Lawrence, Malcolm Fye (Brittany), Hayley Fye (Mike Ellis), Kaitlin Brady (Robert) and Brayden Fye (Dalys); and his siblings, Neil Chase of Scotia, NY. and Anne-Marie Friello. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
