He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Edward S. and Joanna Betz (Wells); his daughter Anna Betz; and his brother Andrew Betz. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Allen (Allen); his daughter Katie Murray (Cameron); his siblings, John Betz (Donna) of Dagsboro, DE, Polly Lewis (Mike) of Potsdam and Marie Reginald of Walton, KY; and his sister-in-law Kim Betz of Dripping Springs, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
