We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2024, at the age of 55, Amy Hazen of North Lawrence, New York, born in Potsdam, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Amy Hazen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl T. Hazen and Bonnie J. Hazen (Premo); and her great-niece Aubreah Hazen. She is survived by: her son Nicholas Hazen (Mikayla Brockway) of North Lawrence; her siblings, Lee, Kamie Hazen of Nichoville, Holly Hazen, Ginger Hawhee of Central Square and Heidi Hazen-Forte of Central Square; her nieces and nephews, Austin, Morgan Forte, Aaron Forte, Morgan Ransom, Michelle Sprankle, Eric Hazen, Aleesha LaBounty, Leanna Hazen and Kenny Schneller; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brynlee Forte, Brody Hazen, Harper Hazen, Cooper Schneller, Carson Schneller and Thunder.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM.
