She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Higgins and Jean Cosgrove Higgins; her husband David Kelly; her daughter Sarah Kelly; and her brother Michael Higgins.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Kelly of Rochester; her siblings, Bob Higgins of Cheektowaga, Jeanne DiLiberto (Joe) of Surprise, AZ, Georgette Higgins of North Java, Mary Smalley (Roy) of North Java, Joe Higgins (Sue) of Cheektowaga, Bill Higgins (Pat) of Paris, TX and Jim "Boomer" Higgins (Fely) of Silverdale, WA; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Moran (Pat) of Rochester and Marty Kelly (Mary) of Rochester. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
