He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kleinsmith, and Sandra Kleinsmith, Sr. (Gontarek). He is survived by: his significant other Leigh Ann Kruse; his brother Jim Kleinsmith (Kim) of East Aurora; and his nieces, Heather and Marissa. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
