She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Milligan and Pearl Milligan (Duell); her former husband James B. DeZalia; her husband Robert Kugler; and her daughter Cynthia Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Angela DeZalia-Diacovo of Alplaus, NY, Craig DeZalia (Valerie) of Schroon Lake, Michael DeZalia (Judy) of Schroon Lake and James DeZalia (Diane) of Clifton Park; her son-in-law John Wilson of North Hudson; her sisters, Rita DeZalia of Severance and June Festa of Lake Park; and her stepdaughter Liz Modder (Don). She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
The family requests memorials take the form of donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, the National Kidney Foundation, or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
