She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Clifford and Anna Nash Clifford; her husband James J. McGrath Jr. (Bud); and her siblings, Betty Signorelli (John Signorelli) and William Clifford (Elaine).
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen A. McGrath of North Greenbush, James J McGrath III (Michele Millington) of Wynantskill, Daniel E. McGrath (Sharon) of Wynantskill and Karen M. Rosman (John) of Rocky Point, NY.; her grandchildren, Kelly McGrath, Matthew McGrath (Jessica), Crystal McGrath (Christopher Regan), Andrew McGrath (Stacy), Melissa, Emily, Katie and Johnny Rosman; and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan Wilber, Joseph, Lilly McGrath, Ella, Lauren and Michael Regan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
