She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Zayachek and Mary Zayachek; her husband Thomas F. Caulfield; and her sons, William J. and Michael J. Caulfield.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas F. and Mary Ann; her daughters-in-law, Colleen Caulfield of Ormond Beach, FL and Leslie Caulfield of Windsor, CA; her niece Chris Thrane; her grandchildren, Mark Thomas, Jason William, Dustin Michael, Ross Thomas, Jesse Vincent Caulfield, Lucas and Mia Graves; and her great grandchildren, Austin, McKenzie, Brody, Gavin and Hudson.
