He was predeceased by: his parent Ray H. Merrifield. He is survived by: his parent Mary Miller Merrifield; his son Kevin Merrifield (Channon Moon) of Schenectady; his grandchildren, Michaela, Maya, Aaron, Terra, Elijah and Tovah; and his great grandchild Abel.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Keith Merrifield to the charity of one's choice.
