He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. and Bernice E. Blanchet Shoemaker, Sr.; and his brothers, Lawrence and Gerald Shoemaker. He is survived by: his wife Doris D. Lozo Shoemaker; his children, Daureen Shoemaker, Brenda Pascarella (Anthony), Justine Shoemaker, Cindie Bayly, Frank H. "Tiger" Shoemaker, III (Deborah) and Stephen Shoemaker (Nicole); his grandchildren, Hannah, Cameron Shoemaker, Marissa, Savannah Pascarella, Shane, Kyle Nethercott, Samantha, Sarah Bayly, Blake and Gabriel Shoemaker; and his siblings, Cynthia "Judy" Parks, Lorraine DeLair, Harold Shoemaker (Kim Sonhui), Sharon "Chick" Shepard (Cliff), Timothy Shoemaker (Maureen) and Ronald Shoemaker (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Frank fought a valiant battle with Lewey Body Dementia and Parkinson's Disease for 10 years.
