She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Houghton and Dorothea Larsen Houghton Liberty; her husband John J. McDonald; and her sister Shirley H Conners. She is survived by: her children, Kim Zurlo (John) of Schodack, Kris Newman (Mike) of North Greenbush, Brian McDonald (Lisa) of North Greenbush and Todd McDonald (Lisa) of Brunswick; her grandchildren, Kari Lawson (James), Kristy Smith (Ross), Jonathan Newman (Jessica), Jenna Caruso (Chris), Joshua Newman, Kate Ryan (PJ), Kara, Kelly, Keegan (Taylor Gamache) and Jameson McDonald; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Matthew Lawson, Payton Smith, Charlotte Newman, Jack Newman, Caden, Calleigh Caruso, Macklin, Kellan Ryan, Todd (Kimberly), Kiya and Cruse Conners.
