He is survived by: his child Cecil Kent Duncan Jr. (Heidi); his grandchildren, Jessica, Cole and Selina Duncan Mahar (Jack); his stepchildren, Tracy Baldwin, Kerri Slavickas and Alison Serrano; and his son Liam.
