He was predeceased by: his father Arthur J. Dell, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte D. Howard (Howard); and his siblings, Kathryn Dell-Kolakowski (Albert Kolakowski) and James H. Dell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the W. J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home (1700 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bloomingrove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made in Art's memory to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Avenue, Menands, NY 12204 or the Ballston Spa National Bottle Museum, 76 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.
