He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Foote and Ada Foote (Morse); and his siblings, Phillip Foote and June Fuller. He is survived by: his daughters, Reisha Thissell (Frank) of Johnsburg and Sabrina Foote of North Creek; his grandchildren, Ashley Thissell and John Thissell (Brooke); his great grandchildren, Logan, Joe and Jackson Thissell; and his brother Bob Foote of Olmstedville.
