We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2021, at the age of 60, Amy C. Cleveland of North Creek, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Hammond; and her sister Shelly Sue Hammond. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Hammond Betz (Wells) of Fort Ann; her grandmother Florence Wells of Hoosick Falls; her children, April Cleveland (Cliff Dearbeck) of Ballston Spa, Jessica McNally (Peter) of Olmstedville and Robert Cleveland (Kelli) of Kingsbury; her grandchildren, Tyler Warrington (Megan Shields), Cole Warrington, Katelin McNally, Taylor Cooper, Robert McNally, Brock Cleveland and Brody Cleveland; her great grandchild Jase Warrington; her siblings, Faith Cleveland, Christi Roberts and Gregory Hammond (Emily); and also Raylynn Howe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to a charity of one's choice.
