He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sisters, Glenda Schultz (William) and Valerie Anderson; and his sister-in-law Patricia Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
