She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Effie Morris (Lewis) of Washington; and her husband Walter Frederick Bumgarner. She is survived by: her daughter Dale; her son-in-law Terrence Koskowski of Niskayuna, NY; her son Craig; her daughter-in-law Bette Bumgarner of Drayden, MD; her grandchildren, Michael Batcher (Ali), Keri Martinez (Guadalupe), Matt Koskowski (Amy) and Kelton Bumgarner; and her great grandchildren, Benicio, Effie Martinez and Ivy Koskowski.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Schenectady City Mission or Animal Protective Foundation.
