He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Peters and Mary Peters; his brothers, Arthur Costa and Herman Costa; his son Howard Peters; and his granddaughter Rebekah Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his children, Mark Peters (Cindy) of Jeffersonville, NY, Keith Peters (Jodi) of Tyler Hill, PA, Terri Peters (Mike Marois) of Fayetteville, AR, Jeffrey Peters (Jenny) of Roscoe, NY, Pamela Peters of Palm Coast, FL and Susan Peters (Jack Heinicke) of North Branch, NY.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
