She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick J. "Slick" O'Neill; her parents, Henry McWilliams and Mary McWilliams; and her brother Henry. She is survived by: her children, James, Mary Pat, Kevin, Renee O'Neill and Anne Marie Tanyi (Chad Sr.); her grandsons, Patrick, Evan and Chad Jr.; and her brother Arthur McWilliams. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anna's memory to Hospice of Buffalo or, Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
