It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Yvone Nettleton of North Blenheim, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Mae (Stebbins) and Phillip D. Tremblay; her sisters, Phyllis Hess (Dave) of Indiana and Charlene Poctor (Jim) of Washington; her children, John Chevosky (Lucy) of Massachusetts, Debra Waters (Tom) of Breakbeen, Kenneth Peck (Julie) of Texas, Rene Peck (Jason), Fort Plain and Phyllis Peck of Fort Plain; and her husband William Nettleton.
