We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2024, Dorothy A. Holmes of North Bellmore, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Dorothy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Dorothy. Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Donna Bono (Raymond) and Diane Hogan (Michael); her grandchildren, Alaina Bono, Kimberly Houghton and Sean Hogan; her brother John Holmes (Scarlotte); her nephew John Holmes (Debbie); and her niece Lisa Dzitko (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
