She is survived by: her husband Salvatore J. Leone of Levittown; her sons, Joseph (Deborah) of Farmingdale, Salvatore (Dawn) of East Meadow and Paul (Lisa) of West Islip; and her grandchildren, Robert, Christina, Vincent, Frankie and Madeline.
